We deliver within UK only.

Order by 10 pm for the next working day dispatch.

Deliveries are between 8am and 8pm, 7 days a week (excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays).

Our cookies are sent by tracked Courier Service, that aim to deliver next day after dispatch, (e.g. So if you place your order on Monday before 10pm, we will dispatch it on Tuesday morning and you will receive the parcel on Wednesday).

Friday to Sunday orders will be dispatched together on Monday for the delivery on Tuesday (this is because the courier does not guarantee the next day delivery during the weekend and we want to make sure that our cookies delivered to you as fresh as they can be).

In case where the working day falls on to the Bank Holiday or a Public Holiday, the dispatch will be moved to the next working day.

Our cookies are perishable items and sadly cannot be returned for a refund. That said, if you do have any problems with your order, please get in touch and we'll do our very best to put things right. We want you to absolutely love your cookies, if you don't, please let us know.

Cookies are baked to order so unfortunately we can't exchange cookies once they're baked. However, if we've made a mistake or there's a problem with your order, please message us through the Contact Us page and we'll resolve any problems.
